Telemetry discipline of active nodes

Counted per node, not per operator. One operator can run up to four nodes. The source table lists every active node, including those in good standing.

Data comes from two public GenLayer Portal endpoints, /validators/wallets/ and /validators/wallets/wall-of-shame/. Those are the Foundation's own aggregates, so status and telemetry here are second-hand and inherit whatever their pipeline reports. Collection runs hourly and keeps failed runs on record, so a gap in the data is visible rather than silent. Built by ProofLines, a Lido DVT operator on SSV and Obol.
