Open history of the GenLayer validator set. The portal shows what is true right now.
This records what changed.
Status of the set over time
Chain against portal
Left column is read straight from the staking contract over the public RPC, so it
is first hand. Right column is the portal aggregate. When the two disagree, the contract is the
record and the portal is a derived view of it.
How much the set moves
Status changes recorded per collection run. Quarantine here is not an incident by
itself: nodes leave and return across epochs, and the swing is the normal state of this network
rather than an event. That pattern is invisible in a snapshot, which is the reason to record it.
Telemetry discipline of active nodes
Counted per node, not per operator. One operator can run up to four nodes.
The source table lists every active node, including those in good standing.
